About Us
Scott Choate, Based in Wrentham
Family-owned and insured, caring for lawns and yards close to home. Serving Wrentham and nearby communities since 1991.
The People Behind the Work
Scott Choate founded Choate Property Services in 1991. We’re a family-owned, insured business based in Wrentham, looking after homes here and in 11 nearby towns.
Scott has done this work his whole life, and he still does it himself. The rest of the family keeps things running behind the scenes.
The work follows the New England seasons: spring cleanups, weekly mowing through the growing season, bed and hedge care, fall leaf cleanups, and snow plowing for homes on our winter routes.
How We Work
Start with a conversation
Call or send a few details about your yard and the help you need. Scott will come out and take a look. You don’t need to be home.
A familiar face, visit to visit
Because Scott does the work, he gets to know your lawn, beds, and driveway, and the details don’t get missed.
Clear about the work
Your written estimate lists what we’ll do. If we notice something outside that work, we’ll talk it through with you before scheduling anything extra.
