How is my monthly fee calculated?
We walk your property and build the program around it — lawn size, beds, hedges, how much driveway there is to plow, and what you want covered. That becomes one flat monthly number.
Can I start mid-season?
Any time of year. We pick up wherever the season is — if that’s October, we start with the leaves; if it’s January, we start with the plow.
Do I have to take everything?
No — the program is tailored. Some homeowners keep their own mowing and just want cleanups and snow; most hand us the whole list.
