Start with the jobs you want handled regularly, then add seasonal work. Your written estimate confirms which of these services are included:

What Determines Your Monthly Price?
The lawn’s size is one part of the estimate. The beds and hedges to maintain, visit schedule, seasonal cleanups, and any agreed materials or hauling also shape the work.

The cost of your agreed yearly work is spread across consistent monthly payments. Visits vary with the work due and the season; monthly billing does not mean one visit each month. Snow service needs separate confirmation of winter-route availability.

A Year in the Yard
Here’s how the work changes from spring cleanup to winter snow.
Season 01
Clear what winter left behind.
We pick up fallen branches and matted leaves, tidy the beds, and get back to mowing when the grass starts growing.

Season 02
Keep up with the growing season.
The lawn needs regular cuts, weeds keep coming, and hedges need trimming. We handle the jobs included in your plan throughout the summer.

- Weed beds, prune shrubs, and trim hedges
Season 03
Keep the leaves from piling up.
Trees shed at different times. Fall cleanups follow the leaf drop, alongside the last cuts of the mowing season.

Season 04
Clear the driveway when snow arrives.
Snow service is available on active winter routes. Before the season, we agree on the areas to clear and any walkway work or de-icing you need.

How is my monthly price calculated?
Your lawn size, planting beds, hedges, paved areas, and the services you choose all affect the price. Scott looks them over during a free visit, then sends a written estimate. The cost of the work in your yearly plan is spread across the year at a consistent monthly price.
Can I start mid-season?
You can get in touch at any time of year. We'll check the schedule for your area and let you know which services we can take on and when we can begin.
Do I have to include every service?
No. You choose the work you want us to handle. After Scott looks over the property, we talk through the options, and your written estimate lists the services you've chosen.
