What we collect

When you request an estimate — through the forms on this site or by phone or email — we receive what you share with us: your name, email address, phone number, street address, town, and a description of the work you need.

This site has no user accounts. To understand how the site is used, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage information; see “Analytics” below. Cloudflare processes ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, walk your property, and put a quote together. Form submissions are delivered to us as email through Brevo, our email service provider, which processes the message to deliver it.

We do not use estimate requests for third-party marketing or sell the information submitted through this site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including whether visits lead to estimate requests and phone calls. These Google tools set cookies and receive usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device details. The details you type into an estimate request are not sent to Google Analytics. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are retained only as reasonably needed to follow up, provide services, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal obligations.

Hosting & security

This site is served over HTTPS by Cloudflare, which may set strictly functional cookies for security.
