Scott starts by looking over your property, and you don't need to be home. We talk through the work you want us to handle. Your written plan lists those services and when they're needed, with a consistent monthly price. We then take care of that work through the seasons.

You can include weekly lawn mowing, bed weeding and mulching, shrub pruning, hedge trimming, and spring and fall cleanups. Mowing visits also include edging, string trimming, and clearing clippings from paved surfaces. Snow plowing and de-icing depend on winter route availability.

Your lawn size, planting beds, hedges, paved areas, and the services you choose all affect the price. Scott looks them over during a free visit, then sends a written estimate. The cost of the work in your yearly plan is spread across the year at a consistent monthly price.

You can ask about a one-time cleanup or project. We mainly provide recurring property care, so we'll need to check our routes and seasonal schedule before confirming availability.

Snow plowing and de-icing can be included when your property fits an active winter route. We agree on the areas to clear and the winter services you need, then list them in your written estimate before the first storm.
