All Questions
How does a year-round property care plan work?
We walk the property, agree on the recurring services and seasonal work you want handled, and list that scope in a written estimate. The approved work is organized under one care plan with a consistent monthly price, so the schedule and billing are easier to follow.
What can a property care plan include?
A care plan can include weekly mowing and edging, string trimming and hard-surface blowing, bed weeding and mulching, pruning and hedge trimming, spring and fall cleanups, and eligible winter services. The written estimate identifies the work included for your property.
How is my monthly price calculated?
We walk your property first. Lawn size, beds and hedges, paved areas, and the recurring services you want all factor into the scope. We then provide a written estimate with a consistent monthly price for that agreed work.
Can I start mid-season?
Contact us at any time of year. We will confirm route availability, walk the property, and explain which recurring or seasonal work can begin now.
Do you take on one-time projects or cleanups?
Our focus is year-round property care plans, but you can still ask about a one-time project or cleanup. Availability depends on the current route and seasonal schedule.
Which towns do you serve?
We are based in Wrentham and currently serve Dover, Foxborough, Holliston, Mansfield, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Sharon, Sherborn, and Walpole as well. If you are nearby but not on the list, contact us to check the current route.
What happens when it snows?
Snow plowing and de-icing can be included when your property fits an active winter route. Your written estimate identifies the areas and winter services covered, so you know what is scheduled before the first storm.
Who is actually on my property?
A local crew handles the recurring work on your property. That familiarity helps the team notice changes, stay consistent, and understand the details of your site over time.
